Jeffrey Neal Announces Candidacy for Pine Bluff City Council, Ward 3
Pine Bluff, AR – Jeffrey Neal, a local business owner and public school administrator, has officially announced his candidacy for the Pine Bluff City Council representing Ward 3.
As a proud graduate of Watson Chapel High School, Neal has come full circle to serve as the school’s Principal. His career has taken him through various roles in education, from school bus driver and English teacher to assistant principal and now principal.
Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in English Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a Master of Educational Leadership, and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree, both from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.
In addition to his leadership in education, Neal is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Jeffrey Neal Realty, LLC, a full-service brokerage in Pine Bluff. His business has earned distinction for outstanding sales performance, with Neal recognized as a multi-million-dollar producer. He also prioritizes consumer education, helping clients understand how to improve their credit and prepare for homeownership.
As a candidate, Neal plans to focus on a vision for neighborhood revitalization, removing barriers to doing business in Pine Bluff, and expanding homeownership opportunities through strategic partnerships across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Neal’s service extends beyond his professional roles. He is a member of the Jefferson County Board of Equalization, the UAPB Educational Leadership Advisory Board, the Jefferson County Association of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association, and the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators.
With his unique combination of educational leadership, business experience, and community engagement, Jeffrey Neal aims to bring fresh energy, accountability, and collaboration to the Pine Bluff City Council.
